Consulting for Businesses

          In the context of the project, the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCI-LB), Gnosi Anaptixiaki NGO (PB3) and Association Savremie (PB5), in collaboration with experienced consultants, have undertaken the provision of individual consulting services to entrepreneurs and / or executives of MSMEs of the clothing and textile sector.

          The consulting programs focused on topics such as: product costing, export marketing, digital marketing, ecological marketing, marketing in the field of clothing and textiles, fashion marketing, use of social media by businesses and especially by clothing and textile businesses, sources and ways of financing for businesses, supply chain with emphasis on the clothing and textile sectors, new technologies and materials that affect businesses in the sectors, etc.

            As part of the individual sessions, the consultants, using the appropriate techniques and tools, outlined the profile of the beneficiary enterprises and resulted in proposals for interventions on issues related to the above topics, aimed at improving their competitiveness and extroversion.
